BlackBerry Maker RIM Faces Another Patent Dispute

BlackBerry-maker Research In Motion, which settled a $612.5 million patent infringement suit from NTP in March, is faced with another patent dispute. This time it’s Visto Corp, a small mobile email company, which has charged RIM with infringement of four separate patents. Visto’s action comes after it won last Friday a favorable judgement in a long-running patent lawsuit with Seven Networks. Visto founder and the inventor of its patented technology Daniel M
