Socialtext Closes First Round Financing

Socialtext, one of the social software and enterprise wiki companies, has closed its first round of funding. It included existing investors such as Joi Ito, Reid Hoffman, Mark Pincus and Freedom Technology Ventures — and new investors Jun Makihara and Omidyar Network (eBay founder’s firm).
