UK's Haymarket Sells Motor Mag To Online Publishing Firm Magicalia

In UK, magazine company Haymarket has divested off its motoring magazine and website Two Wheels Only to online publisher Magicalia…this comes after Magicalia also bought specialty magazine publisher Encanta Media for $5.1 million last year.
Haymarket acquired TWO in 2003 and has doubled its circulation. The magazine’s website Two.tv is also part of the deal. Magicalia owns sites such as roadcyclinguk.com, as well as bikemagic.com, boatmagic.com, golfmagic.com and fishingmagic.com. More details in the release.
